WOW! Hard to believe that April 1st marked our
One Year anniversary.
I want to take a few moments to thank all of my returning customers
as well as the new ones I’ve met these past 12 Months.
To the members of the SCVPA, I’m excited to see the group is growing
and with the continued leadership of Ted Dayton I’m positive, good
things lie ahead.
To the Faculty, Staff and Students of COC, what can I say but thank
you for your support, and I will continue to serve the Student
customer by stocking the needed supplies for you classes. I am
always on the lookout for ‘’DEALS’’ from my suppliers so I can offer
you the most for your money.
This past year has been one of the toughest years the retail
industry has seen in decades. However I have faith that the consumer
is still out there. Customers are searching for new ways to make
their purchases. Between the internet, mail order, and auction
sites, customers now have, more than ever, many buying options. I
realize this as I too am a consumer. What I offer at my store is
something difficult to find in today’s retail environment… Person to
Person contact. You are also dealing with someone who has over
thirty years in the photographic industry... I am not a commission
driven salesperson that will do anything to sell you the item that
makes them the best commission, regardless of your needs.
As the owner of Santa Clarita Camera I pride myself in knowing that
I have helped countless customers, through the years, in capturing
life’s special moments. From the birth of a baby, to a graduation,
to a wedding. I’ve been able to assist my customers in getting
better images that they will treasure for a lifetime.
It has always been my number one priority to best match the
customer’s needs with the right equipment. This has been my
philosophy all along. A happy customer will be a returning customer,
and they will become my most effective advertising……… “Word of
Mouth”.
